Associate Account Manager, International (German Speaking)


ABOUT THE ROLE 

Peloton is looking for an Associate Account Manager (German speaking) to support our Account Management team in International markets. You will be responsible for supporting and executing the sales strategy with Peloton third party retail partners. You will build strong relationships and ensure that global plans are perfectly executed and that learning is duly shared across the organization. You will drive strategic sales training initiatives with the support of our global sales enablement team. Ideal candidates have a background in B2C and B2B sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel in cross-functional collaboration. This role will report directly to the Account Manager, Retail and Partnerships, for international markets. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and sales-driven, with exceptional communication and presentation skills. They will be a key business partner for our account management team to deliver initiatives and drive sales performance in our sales channels. This role is based in our Berlin office.

This role requires fluency in German language (written & spoken)

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Support the Account Manager, Retail and Partnerships, with the execution of our joint account plan with 3rd party retail partners.
  • Build Strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure the perfect execution of the international sales plan. 
  • Collaborate with the Global Sales Training team to develop, activate and execute sales training programs in International Markets. 
  • Supports training and sales capabilities of 3rd party retail partners at store level.
  • Execute day-to-day and long-term management of training programs, including creation, execution and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to ensure program accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Champion Peloton’s core values within all training programs and ensure equitable access for a diverse sales team.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

  • 1-2 Year(s) in a B2C and/or B2B Sales role with proven consistent success
  • Self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and small, agile teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel, mainly in Germany but also within international markets (Austria, UK) on a regular basis
  • Excellent written and editing skills
  • Understanding of Peloton’s company vision and brand image with the ability to communicate it effectively and with enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
