Job Description: Compensation & Benefits Intern Our C&B department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house. Your role will be:
- Management of Health Insurance, food allowances, clothing vouchers and new hires
- Registration and cancellation of scholarship holders
- Communication of temporary disability and work accidents
- Help register new interns & joiners (removals/trips/legal appointments)
- Extraction of data and analysis of reports
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
About you:
- You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in something related to Human Resources
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
- High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs: high Excel level
Internships at LOEWE:
- Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
- You’ll receive study support per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy
