You review and challenge sales forecasts to ensure forecast accuracy improvement
You implement and maintain robust forecasting cycles aligned with sales channels and key accounts
You deliver accurate long-term forecasts to support timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging and production capacities
You manage our Demand Planning System, ensuring it is fully utilised and improved for efficiency
You drive process and tool improvements to support forecasting activities
You analyse demand data to streamline the product portfolio and reduce supply chain complexity
You partner with New SKU and Project Manager to ensure smooth integration of new products
You evaluate existing products and recommend discontinuations based on performance
You lead demand management and risk mitigation with stakeholders

Your strengths and qualifications:

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant positions such as demand planning, supply chain management, or related areas.
You have strong analytical skills with ability to shift between big picture and detail
You have experience in demand planning and demand planning systems
You have experience in process improvement and system enhancements
You are able to manage and improve forecasting processes
You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
You are proactive in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
You have a passion for technology and process optimization
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 55.000 gross per year.
