Job Description: As a Dental Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing dental pathologies while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities of a Dental Surgeon
- Diagnose dental pathologies and perform necessary treatments based on scientific data.
- Conduct comprehensive examinations of the oral cavity and additional tests as needed.
- Inform patients about their condition, present various therapeutic options, and obtain informed consent.
- Create detailed treatment plans and quotes for different therapeutic alternatives.
- Advise patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collect patient history, current treatments, and other relevant information.
- Ensure clear communication and shared decision-making with patients regarding their treatment.
- Complete all necessary medical and administrative documentation.
- Work effectively with a team of assistants, secretaries, and laboratories to provide comprehensive care.
- Implement and follow hygiene and asepsis rules.
- Participate in internal training on CCAM (Classification Commune des Actes Médicaux).
- Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to evidence-based dentistry practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- State Diploma of Doctor in Dental Surgery.
- Registration with the Order of Dental Surgeons is mandatory.
- Fluency in French.
- Mastery of evidence-based dental techniques and practices.
- Manual dexterity, precision, and meticulousness.
- Strong listening skills, relational sense, and patient-centered approach.
- Excellent organizational, anticipatory, and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
