Your Tasks

  • Oversee the development, execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies and enhance the brand’s online visibility, engagement and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Lead the HubSpot Implementation: set-up, configuration and integration of HubSpot including workflows, templates and data flow for a seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns leveraging HubSpot for targeted and personalized campaigns including close collaborations on content strategy, creation and distribution.
  • Set up marketing analytics and budget management by measuring campaign effectiveness, providing performance reports and allocating resources effectively across different channels and campaigns.
  • Plan and manage Aquapanel’s social media channel(s) and company website.

Your Profile

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in marketing, international management, communications or another relevant field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing (CMS) and display advertising in addition to using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in fluent or full professional proficiency German and English.
  • Experienced in working with global, interdisciplinary teams.
