Oversee the governance of financial systems, ensuring they are used effectively and in compliance with company policies.
Implement and maintain system controls to guarantee data integrity and security.
Manage and update master data within financial systems, providing accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
Ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business requirements, as well as implement processes to maintain data quality and consistency.
Develop and manage tailored financial reporting and analytics using Qlik for various stakeholders; enabling insightful and actionable recommendations that support decision-making across the finance function.
Adhere to financial processes related to data and tools management, continuously optimising processes to improve efficiency and compliance with international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), in addition to maintaining strong internal controls for the processes performed by this role.
Comply with relevant QESH regulations, maintaining the highest standards of financial compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data management, financial systems, or a related role; exposure or interest in the industrial sector is a plus.
Proven experience in a multinational environment, with a focus on financial data and tools management.
Demonstrated expertise in system governance, master data management, insightful financial reporting; proficiency in Tagetik, Qlik, and/or integrated ERP systems is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver financial reports to key stakeholders, collaborate effectively to drive reporting process improvements, and comfortable working with a level of independence.
Fluency in English is essential.
