Job Description: The role involves providing clinical care as a General Practitioner or MPR specialist, working under the responsibility of the Deputy Director of the establishment. The position requires close collaboration with the coordinating doctor to ensure the continuity and quality of care, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. You will also play a significant role in coordinating the multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing the medical project, and representing the institution in the healthcare community.Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services as a General Practitioner across the entire establishment.
- Ensure the continuity and permanence of care for all patients.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary healthcare team in consultation with management.
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the medical project aligned with the strategic goals of the establishment.
- Represent the establishment, convey its values, and promote the medical project to various healthcare structures and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and technological advancements relevant to the healthcare sector.
- Assist management with various procedures, particularly with the Regional Health Agency (ARS).
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Registered General Practitioner and/or MPR Medicine specialist with the Council of the Order.
- Experience in the health sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to teach and mentor others.
- Specialization or experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation (MPR) is a plus.
