As a Global Tender and Commercial Excellence Manager (f/m/d) at HARTMANN, you will play a vital role in managing the tender process and driving commercial excellence globally focusing on Europe. From the headquarter business division, you will have the responsibility of analysing tender results, implementing improvement measures, and supporting the implementation of Customer Relationship Management software and related processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with market managers and the portfolio team to ensure the successful launch of new products and solutions.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Manage tender process, including approval workflow and maintenance of global tender road map in the business division Risk Prevention
  • Align tender excellence across HARTMANN Group and implement local trainings (including cost & value drivers)
  • Analyse tender results and initiate improvement measures
  • Provide feedback on market prices based on tender analysis together with strategic pricing and global portfolio team
  • Operative support of major tenders in key countries
  • Support implementation of Customer Relationship Management software and related processes in the countries and on divisional level, e.g. opportunity management
  • Ensure launch excellence for new product and solutions in cooperation with market managers, portfolio team and local marketing
  • Work on downstream marketing measures to support the 4Ps of the marketing mix (price, place, promotion, product)

What we look for:

  • University degree in Economics, ideally with an international orientation and focus on Marketing and/or Sales
  • Professional experience in international Marketing and Sales, ideally in the medical environment
  • Experience in pricing and margin management in an international context
  • Strong communicator with commercial mindset to drive change on all management levels
  • Affinity to numbers & processes
  • Willingness to be present in customer situations
  • Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
