We are currently seeking a HR Associate to support the HR team to work closely with local HR Business Partners on the day-to-day operations in order to optimize HR processes. You will ensure the efficient delivery of administration procedures (e.g. record keeping, data entry, HR support) and collaborate on a weekly basis to continuously improve processes and be a substitute in appropriate cases. As first point of contact for employees, the HR Associate/Assistant has a very important role within the HR Team.Job RequirementsThe key responsibilities of this position are:
- Administration / maintenance of HR data (60%):
- Personnel administration in SAP and other departmental systems (e.g. payroll) to ensure accurate employee data/records are maintained.
- Produce standard employee reporting for the HR team /business / finance on a regular basis.
- Provide data to external agencies as required (e.g. compliance audits, statistical reporting for the government).
- Keep the personal files up to date e.g. prepare documents to confirm mutations, like promotions, working times etc.
- Partner with HRBPs to identify, recommend and implement solutions to streamline administrative workload and increase efficiency in HR.
- General HR duties (20%):
- Support with administration / maintenance of tasks, such as:
- Track vacation/holiday hours and costs.
- Maintain illness consulting hours with company doctor for reporting to the UWV.
- Organize periodic health examinations for employees.
- Point of contact for managers and employees (e.g. on policies, procedures, and employment legislation).
- Coordinate employee events (e.g. jubilee / farewell receptions).
- Liaise with external mobility agency to determine necessary administrative tasks that needs to be done for a smooth immigration and relocation process.
- Other projects on demand that support HR initiatives.
- Involvement in the Recruitment process (10%):
- Assist with induction process (e.g. prepare offer letters / contracts / new hire programs with local general management).
- Maintain HR recruitment database.
- Support in the administrative process for the candidates.
- HR Metrics (10%):
- Create and produce reports on various topics e.g. illness, talent management etc.
Required Skills:
- Customer and results oriented.
- Creative mind; able to come up with new ideas and concepts which are practical to implement.
- Good communication skills (written/verbal) with all levels within the organization (International office).
- Accuracy, attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Flexibility on mobility. Willing and able to work at the Tilburg site several days per months.
- Able to be pro-active but also directive, depending on the assigned task.
- Project management skills.
- Fluent (written and spoken) English and Dutch, French would be a plus.
