In the Digital Analytics team, we create fact-based insights through a holistic, integrated, and actionable storytelling approach across all relevant digital marketing initiatives to help improve and shape our future digital publishing and media plans, tactics, content strategies and brand narratives.


  • Support in delivery of analytics services by supporting in defined areas such as data collection, mining, or analysis that allow to generate fact-based insights.
  • Support in the delivery of analytics services to stakeholders within Global Digital, e.g. Hype teams, or outside Global Digital, e.g. Business Units or Newsrooms, using a single data source.
  • Contribute to tasks within assigned projects in areas such as analytics implementation, database integration, marketing attribution, tag management, qualitative data, etc.
  • Contribute to the translation of gathered insights into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights presentations, including visualization.
  • Build trust with stakeholders you interact with to facilitate actionability of insights.
  • Support in the implementation of reporting structures.
  • Support in the development of best practice guidance for markets and other adidas stakeholders to maximize the use of analytics capabilities.


  • Student with a focus on Business, e-commerce, Sales, Marketing or similar
  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Or in the so-called gap year between bachelor’s and master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
  • Experience with analytics tools and disciplines (web, eCom, social, mobile, sentiment, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, SQL etc.) is a plus
  • A passion for delivering data-based recommendations.
  • Basic project management skills, ideally including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset
  • High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
  • Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
