With a successful online presence, 40+ stores around the world, dedicated B2B partners and over 22,000+ retail and branded stores, we can’t wait to take this journey to the next level – with you!Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:As Junior Compliance and Regulatory Specialist (m/f/d) you support the compliance & regulatory team to ensure the regulatory compliance of waterdrop´s products internationally, this primarily includes the following tasks:
- You support in the creation of food law related compliance documents (specifications etc.) and organize lab reports/certifications (e.g. Free Sales Certificates)
- You register products in various EU countries and coordinate global product registrations
- You coordinate marketability reports with external advisors
- You process and work on requests from different stakeholders
- You manage the artworks of the global product portfolio
- You are responsible for the dissemination and management of product information for authorities, external partners and sales channels
- You provide information for packagings, including ingredient lists and nutrition values
- You handle anything related to drinkware and drinktech products, such as lab reports
Strengths & required qualifications:
- You have a degree in law or natural sciences
- You show a strong attention to detail and exhibit a structured way of working
- You are fluent in both German and English
- You have the ability to work effectively in a cross-departmental team with both local and global colleagues
- Prior professional experience in the food sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

The minimum salary for this position starts at EUR 45.000 gross per year on a full time basis.
