We live by it every day.Job descriptionAs a Junior Product Manager at lempire, your mission will be to work in duo with another Product manager on lemlist’s data-related projects.We have huge challenges with projects such as the:– lead database– enrichment process (email + phone + linkedin finder)– advanced CRM integrations– a contact management solution– and other secret projectsYou will be accountable for the success metrics for the projects you will lead.Your role is to understand the market and customer needs, identify the best possible product evolutions, prioritize them, work hand-in-hand with developers and designers to build an amazing product experience, and strongly focus on the go-to-market (GTM) with the Marketing team to ensure the impact is reached.Your scope/squad/product can change over time depending on the company’s needs, the team structure and profiles – we try to be as pragmatic as possible in our allocations.The PM at @lempire wears different hatsA detective/explorer hat to find unusual insights & opportunities, read between the lines, and be visionary when neededA chess player hat, to thinks strategically, creates good decision constraints, doubles down on the right things, has a coup d’avance, understands positioning and unfair advantagesAn investor hat to make the right bets at the right time with the right amount of resources because you sometimes need to play fast and risky, and sometimes need to play safeA diplomat hat to influence your teammates on what we should spend time and effort on, win their trust, bring visibility, focus, vision, and motivationA product marketer hat, ensures we have the best GTM possible for each release because the best-known products will beat the best products every single timeWhat you are notA Project Manager who only speaks about methodologies and frameworksA Product Owner writing super detailed 4 pages tickets for devsA sales-team slave so that they can close their next dealThe “Notion docs & meetings person” with no real impact on our users and the businessA “yes man” for every idea and suggestion people bring to youKey results * Within 3 months you will have
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suite, our industry, and our product vision
- Built relationships with lemlist users, and have a deep understanding of them
- Done a deep dive into the data-related core features to understand how everything works
- Identify opportunities to improve the projects in your scope
- Successfully acted & iterated on those opportunities with your squad, resulting in a consequent impact on the targeted success metrics
- Won the trust of your squad teammates and other important stakeholders
- Within 12 months you will have
- Positively impact the company’s revenue through solutions you’ve helped launch
- Establish yourself as an industry expert, with a deep understanding of our business and customer product usage
- Influence the product vision by suggesting transformative developments for the company
- Identify and negotiate with new/existing providers to ensure we deliver the best quality to our users
- Help craft the visions of the core features in your scope

Preferred experience * Must have
- You have 1 or 2 years of experience in product. Scale-up experience is highly preferred.
- You have a big bias for action → You are a “débrouillard”, and understand the value of speed & execution
