Job Description

In order to support the continuous growth of our company, we are recruiting an agent for our Onboarding Team – the role will be based in Berlin or Luxembourg (hybrid remote policy).

The successful candidate will join a motivated and committed team, responsible for the analysis and validation of KYB documents, with a dedicated focus on our customers. By bringing their own experience, ideas and initiatives, the candidate will also support other team members and contribute to the reinforcement of the cohesiveness of the team.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Supporting the onboarding of customers, alone or in conjunction with other team members,
  • Continuous due diligence during the Client lifecycle
  • Follow and comply with internal procedures,
  • Ensure appropriate treatment of compliance alerts, escalating when required to the manager/supervisor,
  • Interaction with other company areas or departments (mostly: customer support, but also legal and finance)

What do we expect from you?

You should join us if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, on- boarding clients (ideally in the fintech/payment sector)
  • You are organised, and able to assess files in line with internal procedures and local regulations
  • You are a team player
  • You have an excellent command of English. Knowledge of any other European language is a strong plus
