- Central responsibility for divisional architecture
- Architectural leadership, guidance, and consulting in the scope of the division
- Creation of methods and practices for division architecture
- Alignment of divisional architecture to the Miba AG Enterprise Architecture
- Identifiying and translating divisional business drivers and requirements into appropriate technology strategy and digital solutions
- Ensuring delivery of products and services agreed in the scope of Enterprise Architecture
- Ensuring accurate documentation for division architecture
Requirements
- Several years of relevant working experience (lead developer, solution or domain architect, or similar)
- Masters‘ degree or similar qualification in relevant field
- TOGAF, ArchiMate, SCRUM/SAFe certifications are an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication (and intercultural) skills
- Capability to combine conceptual, logical, and physical levels
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strategic awareness
- Commercial and financial awareness in your field of work
