Work to support A&C – LV Secondary Engineering manager leading activities for projects material and resources activities coordination and support including among others:

  • Procurement activities for external resources and material : PR creation, VMO process support, PR/PO activities support, invoicing and budget follow up,….
  • Procurement activities and coordination activities (reception, tracking,…) related to CAPEX, Maintenance, Calibration,…
  • External resources procurement process facilitation and improvement : optimization, communication, training of the team on the process,..
  • Working with appropriate stakeholders: sourcing, procurement, Engineering and projects team to ensure successful execution of our external resources hiring and tracking.
  • Communication to management about resources and material status, performances, issues by building follow up tables and dashboard.
  • Support and lead as needed for other administrative activities within Engineering team as defined with Engineering manager: tracking, reporting, process improvement,…

Required skillset: – MS office tools : Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, Word,… – Smartsheet – French and English – Electrical habilitation: H0B0
