The team is managing technology partnerships in the business travel segment with the goal to increase customer value and to ensure the optimal display of offers in major 3rd party booking platforms.

  • Establish and maintain technology partnerships with major travel agencies and booking tool providers
  • Manage and contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Ensure technical readiness and favorable display of Lufthansa Group offers, such as fares and ancillary services
  • Translate business needs into requirements and technical specifications
  • Analyze and document processes and system landscapes
  • Evaluate distribution reports and derive optimization measures
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and developments

We are looking for a new colleague who is a team player, open to learn every day and enthusiastic about what he/she is doing.

  • Abitur, University degree in Business Administration, Information technologies or comparable and professional sales/travel experience or
  • Commercial education (e.g. travel agent or comparable) and university of cooperative education/business management specialization or comparable and three or more years professional experience with Travel Management Companies, travel agencies, travel technology companies, or travel eCommerce platforms
  • Project management skills, strong communication and social skills
  • Conceptual and analytical capabilities, systematic working method
  • IT affinity (MS Office, ideally Global Distribution System knowledge)
  • Experience in working with clients
  • High willingness for duty traveling
  • Very good business English skills in spoken and written form; German is a plus
