We are seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to lead our new Pre-Sales Partner Enablement role at SoSafe. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and educational acumen to deliver comprehensive on-site and virtual trainings, conduct impactful demos, provide ad hoc technical support to partners, and enhance the skills of internal partner managers. This role is pivotal in driving the training and development initiatives for new and existing partners, as well as Partner Managers, aligning closely with our growth strategy in cybersecurity. The Partner Enablement Manager will report directly to the VP of Channel, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and collaborative efforts across the organisation.
Your mission:
- Shape and grow SoSafe’s partner ecosystem
- Identify, define, and segment partner groups to tailor specific enablement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint value propositions
- Create and refine enablement materials based on segment needs (industry, geography, tier, etc.)
- Define and track performance metrics to support SoSafe’s global partnership goals
- Deliver on-site and virtual trainings, demos, ad hoc partner tech support, and internal partner manager training
- Oversee HighSpot and Impartner for effective integration within the enablement process
- Leverage a deep understanding of SoSafe’s products, services, partner ecosystem, and GTM processes
- Collaborate closely with partner and product marketing teams to ensure current, relevant, and consistent messaging
- Design and deploy partner certification resources
Your profile:
- Experience designing, producing, and delivering partner enablement programs
- Proven track record of setting and achieving business goals for partner enablement
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and virtual, and comfortable presenting to large groups
- Experience with SalesForce, reporting, and opportunity management
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Previous demo experience for SaaS products
- Relationship or Partner Management experience or Partner Sales Training background
- Proactive and curious nature
- Passion for education and inspiring others
- Previous experience in a SaaS scale-up environment
- Leverage a deep understanding of SoSafe’s products, services, partner ecosystem, and GTM processes
- Collaborate closely with partner and product marketing teams to ensure current, relevant, and consistent messaging
- Design and deploy partner certification resources
