As a Senior Manager Manufacturing you manage dedicated activities/projects and acts as a process expert. You actively engage with the operational units globally to support them in becoming a leaner organisation. This involves the establishment and continous adjustment of a joint functional roadmap as well as the execution of crucial initiatives.
- You collect business requirements, translate it in functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA
- You are responsible for the development and improvement of state-of-the-art processes, clear rules and guidance and establish them in the process house and functional roadmap
- Further you support process owners to build and regularly update the functional roadmap, also proposing own ideas to advance the current process landscape
- You also identify potential enhancements in existing processes and system to turn the organisation into a leaner organisation
- On top you describe improvement ideas in project charters respectively change requests based on input collected either from process owner or from the operational organisation
- Leading and managing dedicated workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities will be also part of your tasks
- Furthermore, you lead change management activities as documentation, training and roll out
- You also participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN Group as well as to identify industry standards for adoptation
- Finally, you screen the external provider market for innovation and internal adoptation
- You preferably have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study
- You have profound professional experience in operational units / processes organisations in a comparable environment with focus on Operations Management
- Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes sets you apart
- You have deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes
- Further you have deep and hands-on experience of project management and successful Change Management
- On top you have very good knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g. SAP ERP, APO, BW, etc.)
- Deep experience in LEAN and the LEAN methods, Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Analytic thinking and modelling skills are among your strength
- Finally, you have fluent English and German skills
