- Further development and management of the group-wide compliance documentation system
- Monitoring and management of global compliance-related projects
- Identify compliance risks in the group companies in consultation with the local management
- Establishing requirements for monitoring adherence to compliance rules and other compliance objectives
- Developing and implementing preventive monitoring mechanisms with respect to compliance-relevant business activities
- Further developing the compliance organization and compliance objectives in the group companies, also by giving support in compliance projects
- Advising group companies, business units and employees as to questions or recommendations for improvement regarding compliance topics
- Exercising information and control rights under statutory and internal rules and regulations
- Monitoring the development and implementation of mandatory employee training programs
- Further developing and/or implementing new standardized compliance processes, rules and regulations as well as preparing and implementing guidelines for compliance topics
- Ensuring the development and implementation of an effective system for communicating compliance topics

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law or economics or an apprenticeship with first professional experience
- Ideally first professional experience in Compliance Management
- Experience in departments outside Compliance, e.g., HR, Controlling, Auditing is a plus
- IT Know-how in the MS Office field (e.g., Excel and Power Point)
- Experience in coordinating and managing projects in an international organization
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information
- Strong problem-solving acumen and persistence
- Exceptional communication skills to convey compliance requirements clearly across all levels of the organization
- Fluent English and German language skills in order to build collaborative relationships with international stakeholders
