Folgende Aufgaben können wir Ihnen anbieten

  • As a Team Leader you are technically leading and developing the Strategic Sales Campaigns Team with 3 FTEs to achieve commonly agreed targets that pay into MAN Energy Solutions‘ overarching strategy
  • Together with your team you develop targeted sales campaigns for the strategically most important service solutions within our PrimeServ Industries segment and address them to our customers
  • You are responsible for the marketing budget of PrimeServ Industries segment and the successful allocation towards the different sales campaigns
  • You make sure to implement, track and evaluate these campaigns based on given KPIs and references to achieve the best possible results which include also learning for the future campaign setup
  • As part of the Strategic Partner Program, you take care of the continuous development of our most important customers, support the nominated sponsors from upper management and report regularly to the SVP After Sales about targets, business figures and strategies
  • Familiar with MAN Energy Solutions‘ strategy, you lead or being part of the most important strategic programs and projects within PrimeServ Industry with highest management level attention, up to the executive board
  • You are responsible for maintaining and extending the product portal service solutions content of our PrimeServ Industries segment and ensure that relevant sales documentation is centrally available with the latest revision and most effective sales propositions
  • You make sure that the PrimeServ Industries employees are well informed about all relevant service topics through a multi-channel internal communication structure
  • In close collaboration with the Regional Segment Heads and our world-wide sales network you collect and prepare sales improvement ideas and concepts and getting them implemented via IT projects, our CRM board, the SAP Analytics Cloud team as well as other initiatives and stakeholders
  • You actively participate in committees and organizations regarding new start-up solutions, future businesses, and corporate foresight to share new market trends with our business

  • You have at least 3 – 5 years experience in a technical service environment and ideally a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales Engineering, Engineering Management or similar
  • You are independent, take initiative, are flexible, set challenging goals and work persistently to achieve them
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment with many topics and diverse stakeholders and get your energy from actively driving change and improvements for the whole business unit
  • You have excellent communication skills and like to build long-term relationships with team members as well as customer stakeholders
  • You have the ability to motivate and empower others in your team and aim for a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • You use your structured and conceptual thinking to reach your targets
  • You have a clear customer and sales orientation (experiences in sales is a plus)
  • You like analyzing markets and deriving strategies
  • You are not afraid to translate technically complex solutions into sales language
  • You bring a high interest in business analytics topics with you
  • It is easy for you to build-up a cross-functional network from operational and project level to upper management circle
  • You are fluent in English – German language skills are a great plus
