We are looking for a dynamic Workplace Experience Manager to join our HR team in our Paris office. You will have a big impact on the office and remote life and its daily management.

You are the guardian of the Employee Value Proposition offered to PL employees. You will be responsible for all the internal events strategy.

You will ensure the smooth running of the office and the remote environment and help to improve our company procedures and day-to-day operations as well as provide a pleasant and efficient work environment for the teams and offer a quality experience to the employees through the work environment.

Event Management

– Write and plan the Pennylane event strategy :organize our Pennylane events (prepare a yearly calendar for big and small internal events)

– Responsible for all communication plan regarding the event strategy (before and after the event) : internally via slack channel but also externally via instagram or LK.

– Manage and support the organization of Pennylane events (Team meeting, Team events, celebration, …)

Office and remote strategy

– Manage Paris’s offices

– Improve our remote working conditions (remote events, benefits…)

– Oversee and manage We Work relationship (IT, cleaning, heating, cards, mail…)

– Develop processes and seek solutions for the smooth running of employees‘ daily lives at Pennylane

– Ensure health and safety in the offices : emergency procedures, cards, purchase of personal protective equipment, sanitary measures…

– Provide support to our dear collaborators in terms of travel (with our travel software TravelPerk),

– Cultivate and enliven the employee experience in the workplace

Onboarding / Offboarding 👋

– Coordinate all the onboarding week and insure a great first impression with the Ops team, and IT support

– Management of the goodies platform

Projects 🌈

– Support cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the initiatives offered to employees in order to maximize their well-being

– Work on our Diversity & Inclusion policy with HRBPs and organize events and communication about it

– Deploy the CSR policy
