We are looking for a Compliance Associate (gn) for our customer within the scope of temporary employment in Ingelheim.

Tasks:
- Market screening for adult learning opportunities
- Management of our external Partners and conception of future interaction
- Screening of external compliance training programs and creation of training concept
- Support in Funding Board and screening of requests
- Administer e-learnings (training upload and certificate management)
- Support with Ethics & Compliance communication
- Support with training completion rate analysis as required
- Monitor and support Policies and Procedure process
Requirements:
- Completed training in the commercial sector od Bachelor Degree
- Training and Communication experience
- Experienced in Learning Systems
- Fluent in English
- Organized and structured
- Creativity
- Independent working style
- Work permit for Germany is required
