– Conduct literature reviews related to knowledge graphs for projects of interest
– Collaborate with experts from different research domains
– Integrate and implement various heterogeneous and voluminous pharmaco-biological data sources
– Present results and progress to teams
– Ensure adherence to company regulations and safety rulesRequirements:
– Strong knowledge of software development (required: advanced Python, OOP, Kedro, GitHub, CI/CD, VS Code, API)
– Proficient in Cloud environment (GCP, BigQuery)
– Thorough knowledge of pharmacology/biology and associated databases (OpenTarget, cMap/L1000, Chembl…)
– Strong knowledge of high-volume graph database (modeling, implementation, structuring, querying, and exploitation via graph theory)
– Machine and deep learning (GCNN)
– Proactive with great autonomy
– Results and quality-oriented
– Excellent organizational and relational skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– Project management skills
– Strong communication skills
