She/He will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the consulting team.KEY RESPONSABILITIESLeadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the consulting team, setting clear goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored consulting services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to address their business challenges.

Business Development:

  • Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the successful execution of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain quality standards for consulting services.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and client expectations.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the consulting department budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

  • Master’s degree in business administration, management, international business, organizational development or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years proven experience in a senior consulting role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent relationship and negociation skills with client and business development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High-level proficiency in spoken and written English, French is a plus.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
