Your role encompasses both technical expertise and team management skills to ensure the seamless execution of projects and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.What you’ll do & learn 📖

• Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data and software engineers to achieve their highest potential.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Provide guidance on engineering fundamentals, best practices, and ensure the team’s adherence to quality and security standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of team performance, gather feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.

• Project Coordination:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software and data integration projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement systems and processes to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless data integration experience for clients.

• Customer-Facing Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Customer Operations team to align data integration strategies with customer preferences and needs.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Embrace multiple communication channels to effectively engage with customers and address their requirements.

• Operational Excellence:

• Identify opportunities to accelerate customer deployments by building reusable assets and drive associated technical roadmap.
• Drive efficiency through standardization of processes across the organization, reducing errors, improving consistency, and streamlining operations.
• Optimize existing processes regularly, gathering insights from team members and implementing improvements to meet evolving needs.
• Utilize data and analytics to provide objective guidance for impactful decision-making.

• Technical Leadership:

• Leverage your extensive technical expertise to guide and contribute to the development of data integration projects.
• Collaborate with the team to define and implement robust data pipeline architectures, automation processes, and software solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the data stack, ensuring alignment with business and product needs.

• At least 10 years of data and software engineering experience, ideally in a SAAS environment
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating and managing data-rich products or complex data pipelines
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing high-performance teams
• Credible counterpart to work directly with customers and find solutions together
• You are mastering on Python Javascript, C++, Kotlin, You-name-it… but note that we hire based on engineering fundamentals rather than familiarity with specific technologies
• SQL expert
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients
• Proactive, Autonomous, results oriented and you excel in stimulating environments
• Bilingual English mandatory (verbal & written), French is a plus
