Are you ready to be part of our journey?Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Provide administrative support to the Senior Director HR Amsterdam and the VP HR Sales and his/her HR department to ensure efficient time management and running of the HR function on a day-to-day level.Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management
  • Travel & Expenses: Coordinate and execute all travel arrangements for team members including flight and hotel booking, visa securing, car reservations and airport pick-up arrangements and immediately providing solutions to problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures. Complete travel expense reports in a timely manner.
  • HR budget & cost center: Handle the department cost-center at the respective level, including regular monitoring for budgets, approval of invoices to ensure correct accounting transactions.
  • Operational support: Handle assigned operational tasks of respective department (e.g. PO number creation & management, invoice processing, DocuSign).
  • Sick leave coordination: Coordinate with health care provider HCC around company doctor appointments for Amsterdam location + retail stores and maintain and update confidential sick leave information.
  • HR events: Assist in and coordinate projects and assignments as requested/directed (e.g. organizing HR team days & events, People Day).
  • HR mailbox: Take charge of HR mailbox and distribute all kind of correspondence independently, to ensure timely and accurate response.

  • HR team based in Amsterdam
  • Peers and stakeholders of VP HR Sales & Senior Director HR Amsterdam
  • Supporting functions: Finance, Procurement, Workplaces, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • An excellent service minded and can-do attitude.
  • Pro-active E2E thinking, understanding dependencies and preferences
  • Strong communication skills, especially throughout all hierarchy levels
  • High level of service orientation in dealing with internal and external stakeholders/customers
  • Excellent in handling sensitive and confidential employee data
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Proficient Microsoft (Outlook, PPT & Excel) software skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a dynamic and diverse work environment
  • Very good language skills, English and Dutch both written and spoken
