As we embark on our journey towards digital transformation, we are seeking a talented IT ERP Enterprise Architect to support us in our S/4HANA roadmap development. Tasks Lead the development of the S/4HANA roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define ERP architecture strategies. Design and oversee the implementation of ERP solutions, providing technical guidance and best practices. Evaluate existing ERP systems and recommend enhancements or migrations to S/4HANA. Provide thought leadership on ERP trends and emerging technologies. Develop and maintain architectural standards and guidelines for ERP systems. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Stay updated on industry best practices and SAP S/4HANA advancements. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as an IT Enterprise Architect with a focus on ERP systems OR extensive SAP consulting experience Some know-how in S/4HANA Strong understanding of business processes Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Fluency in both German and English is highly desirable.
