Purpose of Role

Together our teammates are unified by our values and are grounded in our vision to inspire you with performance solutions you never knew you needed but can’t imagine living without. You will be part of a dynamic, motivated, and open-minded sales team, empowering those who strive for more across the German region. You will be responsible for selected accounts in the Buying Group cluster. The accounts are in no specific region but distributed throughout Germany. You will work from Home Office (in Germany).

Your Impact

  • Strengthen and deepen relationship to existing retailers.
  • Elevate our Top retail partners to the next quality level.
  • Consultant of our retailer (Sell In, Sell Out, Assortment selection, in season management).
  • Create and update strategic account plans and set sales goals; prepare and hold strategic meetings and lead cross functional alignment.
  • Strong analytical mindset – analyze sell through data throughout the season and take responsibility for profitability of the retailers. 
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs, virtual and in 1-1 sell in meetings.
  • Deliver highest service level towards the accounts.
  • Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.
  • Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.


  • Educated to master’s degree level is preferred – or equivalent experience in the job.
  • Highly self-motivated and well organized.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong people orientation.
  • Analytical mind set and used to work with sales data and analysis.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Open to travel (up to 40% of the time)
  • Fluent in German (C1 or C2)
  • Very good communications skills in English

  • Location: Germany
  • Return to Work Designation: Fully remote 
  • Travel: IE- 40% of the year 
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
