Job Description: Offer DescriptionOrganize, promote and coordinate the university’s health and social prevention policy; Provide the direction of the Student Health Service and draw up its guidelines via the departmental project; Implement the missions and provide medical consultations within the health service (decree 2023-178 of 13/03/2023).Student Health Service missionsThe main missions of the SSE are to organize medical protection for students andstudents and :– Carry out at least one medical examination, including medicalpsychological and social dimension, during the course of higher educationall students and, as a priority, students with special needs.students with special needs;– Promote and coordinate preventive programs and health educationprograms and health education initiatives, and to act as an advisor and intermediarywith partners;– Contribute to the support and integration of students withstudents with disabilities;– Provide preventive health care for foreign students.Main activities1- As Director of the ESS (60%)– Act as the university’s medical advisor– Participate in the fight against health crises;– Assist the President of the University with the department’s board of directors.– Organize, promote and coordinate the university’s health and social prevention policy forfor students, through project management– Coordinate and participate in the implementation of the University’s student health policy;– Promote and coordinate preventive information and training initiatives for students, as well as programmeshealth and safety risk prevention programs;– Carry out research into student health, in conjunction with appropriate partners, and participate inepidemiological studies;– Participate in health-related regulatory monitoring.-Organize and implement the operating procedures of the HSE department.– Draw up the departmental project and annual activity report, identifying areas for improvement, coordinating and respond to inquiries from the various supervisory bodies (Ministry, Rectorat, etc.);– Coordinate staff activities and oversee the department’s administrative and financial managementand financial management;– Forge and nurture the partnerships essential to the department’s operations and to the territorial network required for the effective care of students;– Represent the department in dealings with regional and national partners and institutions.2- As a doctor (40%)– Implement the missions set out in the regulatory texts– Carry out compulsory medical check-ups, integrating medical, psychological and social aspects;– Provide medical consultations (periodic/emergency) for students with special needs (foreign students authorized to stay in France, students at particular risk)– Support students in precarious situations and/or with disabilities, by proposing appropriateaccommodations.– Implement a student health promotion and prevention plan.– Suggest appropriate referrals to appropriate partners and structures, based on the diagnosis made;– Participate in prevention and health promotion initiatives.RequirementsResearch Field Medical sciences » Medicine Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/QualificationsTheoretical and disciplinary knowledge:– Knowledge of the education system and its challenges, the organization of higher education, health law;– Knowledge of preventive medicine and health promotion preventive medicine and health promotion students;– Knowledge of local health systems and players, as well as hygiene and safety regulations;– Experience in public health;– Management skills.Operational skills and know-how:– Conduct interviews– Establish or take into account a medical diagnosis– Initiate and manage partnerships (networks/institutions) ;– Produce public health and epidemiologyand epidemiologyRegulated profession: Hold a diploma, certificate or qualification required for the practice of medicine, or have obtained a permanent individual
