Job Description: Our business partner is looking for a new Multilingual Customer Service Representative colleague. If you are interested in the field of Customer Care and working in a fast paced environment and you have excellent communication and problem solving skills then our offer is for you!Being first point of contact for B2B or B2C partners (e-mails, phone calls)
Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales)
Managing orders for a specific region
Focusing on the transactional success of the order entry and its qualityElvárások / RequirementsFull professional proficiency in English and French/German/Italian/Hebrew are a must (written and spoken)
Ability to keep deadlines whilst identifying errors and recommend process enhancements
You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
Problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and illustrate ideas clearly and concisely
