Job Description: Our business partner is looking for experienced Portuguese speaking Customer Service and Order Management Representative colleagues. If you are interested in the field of Customer Care and working in a fast paced environment and you have excellent communication and problem solving skills then our offer is for you!Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales, finance)
Managing orders for a specific region via various ordering channels
Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard, with accuracy and reducing transaction times within agreed timeframes: Order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, claim & return handling and creditingElvárások / RequirementsFull professional proficiency in English and Portuguese are a must (written and spoken)
Professional experience (>1 years) in any of the following fields: customer service, administration, order management, IT service desk
Ability to keep deadlines whilst identify errors and recommend process enhancements
You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
