- managing the Product Lifecycle
- gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the portfolio vision and working closely with engineering to deliver winning solutions
- working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
- ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals
QualifikationenExperience:
- At least 5 years of product management experience, most recent of which included primary responsibility for software-connected hardware products (B2B or B2C);
- Experienced with cloud managed IoT hardware & software systems
- Experience in working closely within full-stack engineering teams to iterate from 3D printed prototypes into volume production
Skills:
- Pointing to technology products that were managed from inception to successful launch
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to reprioritize across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deutsch (fluent), English (fluent)
- Warm personality who builds close working relationships with multidisciplinary engineering teams, production teams, and external stakeholders;
- Proven ability to make decisions, positively influence other team members, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment;
- Intrinsically motivated, first to lend a hand, able to obtain help from others;
- Pays attention to details without losing sight of strategic objectives.
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline; or
- Graduate Degree in a technical or business field

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.455 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
