As Product Manager, Purchasing, you will lead the development and enhancement of our Purchasing solutions, aiming to optimize purchasing processes and drive significant cost efficiencies. This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle from planning to execution, aligning product strategies with our needs, and delivering innovative solutions that support the strategic goals of AutoDoc.

Job Responsibilities :

Product Strategy and Vision: Execute and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the purchasing product line, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, assess competition, and understand customer needs to inform product features and enhancements.
Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize product requirements and initiatives, creating a detailed roadmap to guide product development teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, category managers, and customer support, to ensure successful product rollout and adoption.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the product strategy.

Job Qualifications:

4+ years experience in Product Management, procurement operations/sourcing, systems management, or strategy consultancy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex product features and benefits clearly to stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing products that meet business needs.
Good understanding of the latest procurement technologies and platforms; basic knowledge in Agile methodologies. Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
Intermediate to strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
