- Responsible for the application of the Configuration and Change Management process within the program/project
- Keeps the program/project under Configuration and Change Management control
- Applies Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them
- Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project or program and represents CCM in project and site meetings
- Analyses, reviews and provides the compliance statement on CCM-related requirements (customer, partner and internal)
- Ensures completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the change requestor from Preparation to Approval to Implementation and Closure
- Measures/reports CCM process performance/maturity (Key Performance Indicators) and derivates and manages actions
- Missions can evolve according to needs during the contract.
Your profile
- Bachelor/Master of Management or Technical fields
- Project management experience
- Train or automotive industry experience is a plus
- Fluency in English & German are mandatory
- MS Office tools, MS Project and Power BI knowledge are desirable
- Open-minded, motivated and eager to learn
- Willing to communicate with others and collaborate with various people in an international environment
- Nice to have an understanding of Configuration & Change Management
