As a Solution Architect at Bosch Service Solutions, we offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fun, and multinational environment. Focus Areas
Strategic Solution Development: Craft technical strategies and solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce technologies
Requirement Validation: Thoroughly assess and validate project requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions effectively address the identified needs and demands.
Documentation Expertise: Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, offering a clear and structured view of application architecture.
Best Practices Advocate: Exhibit a deep understanding of industry best practices, including reporting, access models, single sign-on (SSO) strategies, audit controls, and the integration of external applications through SOAP/REST APIs.
System Governance: Collaborate closely with product and development teams to uphold System Accounting, ensuring adherence to governance and scalability limits, fostering a dependable platform.
Database Governance: Provide expertise in database governance and best practices, encompassing managing Salesforce data externally, implementing stored procedures, overseeing data transfers, and effectively managing historical data.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute technical enhancement recommendations to projects within the team, encompassing configuration improvements, security settings, data protection, user acceptance, and the evaluation of new Salesforce products.
Design Led UX Approach: Usability and efficiency within systems are an integral part of the design process. Actively incorporating this into solutioning to ensure high user engagement and adoption.
Effective Communication and Stakeholder Alignment: Adapt communication styles to engage stakeholders at various levels, utilizing diverse visual representation methods to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely. Additionally, proactively engage with stakeholders to advocate for compatible processes and prevent the over-customization of solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and long-term sustainability.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients or business partners to understand their objectives and provide guidance on how Salesforce solutions can meet their goals effectively.
Project Leadership: Demonstrating leadership qualities in decision-making and problem-solving.
Team Mentorship: Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to team members, fostering skill development and growth.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and trends, and provide guidance on their potential application to enhance solutions.
Certifications: Maintain relevant Salesforce certifications to ensure proficiency and credibility in the field.
Business Acumen: Understand the broader business context and how Salesforce solutions impact overall business operations and goals.

Qualifications

Way of working: Exceptional skills in analytical development and problem solving. Versed in agile methodology/processes; Bringing in strong interpersonal and communication skills; Team-oriented work.
Certificates: The candidate should hold relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Additional certificates such as Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant Certification, Platform Developer 1 and Service Cloud Consultant certification. Business Analyst certification is a plus.
Language: Fluent written and spoken English. German is an advantage.
