Stellenbeschreibung
Your tasks include:
- Close cooperation with stakeholders from operations and all customer facing business units to define requirements in regard to data transparency and reports
- Delivering automated reports on core KPIs using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Looker
- Conducting descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics using state-of-the-art modeling techniques and deriving recommendations for business owners
- Ensuring trackability and data quality of core business processes by keeping an eye on both user behavior and the technical set-up in the data warehouse
Qualifikationen
Requirements
3 years of work experience in business analytics, ideally in a SaaS context * Completed studies, ideally a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field with a strong focus on quantitative analytics and statistics
- Expert in at least one of the following BI visualization tools: Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Looker
- Solid understanding of advanced analytics techniques and forecasting methodologies
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Professional experience in deriving and analyzing data from CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Proficiency in Excel and GoogleSheets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to prioritize and deliver reliable results in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment while never losing sight of our business focus
