Are you looking to have an impact on hundreds of people dedicated to growing their businesses?Then this job might be a perfect match for you!We’re seeking a full-time Senior Product marketing Manager to join us and help up to make a significant impact!MissionAs a Senior Product Marketing Manager, your role is to help the whole company know better its audience, its needs and transform this into an efficient positioning and key messages to build an impactful marketing of our product and features.Key ResultsWithin 3 months, you will:Have a deep understanding of our audience, customers (thanks to interviews or listening calls) and marketHave tested extensively our products to know all our features differentiators in the marketDetermine the products‘ key benefits for our target audience in order to create an efficient positioning and messaging frameworkHave participated in several product launches planning and execution with our marketing and product teamsProduce strategic marketing briefing to fuel high-impact content marketing initiativesCreate our first collateral and documents to enable our marketing and sales teamsCollaborated with key members of our customer and product management teamsWithin 6 months, you will:Build a competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against the competitionBuild a 6-months plan to lead our future product’s go-to-market strategyFully understand our internal organisation and be able to collaborate cross-functionallyContribute to our strategic marketing playbook and create relevant go-to-market strategies for specific customer segmentsRun more customer interviews to understand their pains and needs fullyInfluence product development through well-defined market requirementsBuild key resources at the crossing of Product marketing, Content marketing and Sales & Customer SupportWithin 12 months, you will:Have become a leading voice on the market and are intimately familiar with market trends, customer demand, competition and partner dynamicsHave successfully launched key new features and productsBuilt several new engines for our GTM motionDefine the market opportunity for a product; perform segmentation and targeting exercises that identify the segments with the highest propensity to buyDevelop partner marketing strategy and customer marketing strategy based on business objectivesBuild a best-in-class ambassador program with our top customersWhat’s in it for you?Drive and ImpactAt lempire, we are dedicated to building products that bring value to our users.
