Job Description

Your tasks include:

Leading a team of 3 highly skilled data consultants and 1 working student
Close cooperation with stakeholders from operations and all customer facing business units to define requirements in regard to data transparency and reports
Delivering automated reports on core KPIs using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Looker
Conducting descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics using state-of-the-art modeling techniques and deriving recommendations for business owners
Ensuring trackability and data quality of core business processes by keeping an eye on both user behavior and the technical set-up in the data warehouse
Be the primary point of contact for management and global teams for all data related questions

Qualifications

> 5 years of work experience in business analytics, ideally in a SaaS environment
Completed studies, ideally a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field with a strong focus on quantitative analytics and statistics
Expert in at least one of the following BI visualization tools: Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Looker
Deep understanding of advanced analytics techniques and forecasting methodologies
Professional experience in deriving and analyzing data from CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot (at least one of them)
Strong SQL knowledge
Deep proficiency in Excel and GoogleSheets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in German and English
Ability to prioritize and deliver reliable results in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment while never losing sight of our business focus

Desirable

> 1 year of experience in managing a team
Basic understanding of cloud data warehousing and ETL technologies
Familiarity with Redshift, Git, Airflow
