Transform yourself and take responsibility for…

maintaining an organized and up-to-date contract database or management system,
screening existing database of multilingual contracts for certain contractual conditions,
documenting results in contract management life-cycle system,
identifying any inconsistencies in close alignment with the respective stakeholders and correct such to foster the data quality,
collaborating inter alia with the legal, sales, and finance teams.

You are ready for your transformation if you have…

current student enrollment certificate (desirably in areas like Business Management, Business Law etc.),
strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills,
excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English (must) and German (plus),
familiarity with legal terminologies and contract language is desirable,
proficiency in using contract management software or related tools is a plus,
ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks,
flexibility to work 20-40 hours a week (depending on your location).
